We clarify the type of flooring or surface, the existing finish and the nature of the soiling before choosing a treatment.
Deep cleaning may include floors, corners, edges and accessible surfaces that need more attention than regular maintenance. Sealing and coatings are only included if expressly agreed.
We agree access, furniture arrangements and any required drying time. Please mention delicate materials and previous treatments.
