We agree which rooms and surfaces need attention and clarify any handover requirements before preparing a property-specific quote.
Kitchen surfaces, cupboards and accessible appliances; bathrooms and fittings; floors, doors and accessible surfaces. Windows, frames, shutters and ancillary rooms can be included by agreement. Materials and their condition determine the appropriate treatment.
Please tell us the floor area, number of rooms, condition and preferred date. Photos help us assess the work. We agree access and timing; the property should be empty and accessible when cleaning begins.
The price depends on size, condition, fittings and additional work. Attendance at the handover and any particular acceptance terms must be agreed explicitly.
