Property caretaking
We support property owners and managers with agreed cleaning and caretaking tasks around their buildings.
We clarify the areas, tasks and visit frequency with you. Responsibilities and access arrangements are agreed before the work starts.
Stairwells, entrances and other communal areas can be included in a regular cleaning plan. Additional exterior tasks are assessed for the specific property.
Technical repairs, specialist inspections and emergency cover are not automatically included. Any additional duties must be agreed explicitly.
